What can I say but that Milly Taidens books just keep getting better and better
Aria is a no nonsense vampire who will strike the wrong with out hesitation if it will keep mortals from finding out about the supernatural. She is cautious of those around her and doesn't trust easily as her family was murdered years earlier and she could be next.
Trevan and his two best friends are out for revenge, vampires killed their whole pack and due to that they have no family left.
Trevan and Aria have crossed paths before and know they are mates but Aria keeps him at a distance.
Trevan will do what ever it takes to get his mate by his side, even if that means putting himself on the line.
